Vehicles are expected to be returned in the same condition as they went out. Check with your personal vehicle insurance or credit card insurance for coverage on the deductible amount. Glass is not covered under our insurance policy; the customer assumes responsibility for rock chips or replacement windshields when required. Glass Insurance is available as an optional cost, renters will be asked to accept or sign a waiver refusing the extra charge. Customers may be charged a cleaning fee ranging from $50-$300, depending on the condition of the vehicle upon return. No smoking or Pets will be permitted in any rental units, failure to comply will result in a detailing fee. A service fee of $20.00 plus cost of fuel and GST will be charged for any vehicles returned without a full tank of fuel. Any traffic violations returned to our office will be the responsibility of the customer including a $20 processing fee, the cost of the ticket and penalties.
